1) Follow a 3 course meal every day and low fat snacks during breaks. Join your nearest yoga coaching center which can reduce your stress and increase your blood circulation and concentration. 7) Do things you love to do, blog your travel trip or read a novel or go for a movie of your favorite actor. 8) Wake up early and go to bed early. If not possible sleep early and wake up early. 9) Eat fresh vegetables and fruits, don’t take those which take a month to reach your grocer’s shelves. You can grow your vegetable at your garden or at your terrace with special pots. 10) Health is wealth, so don’t run behind money as the more healthier you are the more wealthier you are.
