Do you get panic when there is an onsite assignment; don’t worry if you are a first time traveler. This is the right place you have landed to know how to plan well in advance and be ready for the assignment.

 Here I have enclosed some checklist which may be useful

1) Make sure all the passports (you, wife, and kids) are available and passport validity for minimum 2 years.
2) Make sure ECNR(Emigration Check Not Required) is obtained well in advance.
3) If you are married make sure your wife name is included in your passport.
4) Some work permit (Netherlands work permit) may require the birth certificates, marriage certificates (taken within 6 months) attested by GAD’s.
5) Collect details of the client to whom you will be working for, get their contact details for any emergency.
6) Make sure you have the residential address where you will be staying abroad, establish contacts with them and confirm them of your arrival on that day.
